Privacy policy
  1. The customer, by filling out the purchase form and checking the appropriate box next to the relevant statement, gives consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by the Data Controller for the purposes necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Terms and Conditions and the services provided based on it.
  2. The Data Controller of personal data is the Academic Business Incubators Foundation, with its registered office at 03-901 Warsaw, Aleja Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 1, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000199402, having the tax identification number NIP 524-24-95-143.
  3. The Data Controller has entrusted the processing of personal data to Marcin Koseski, contact details: contact@am-cycling.com, tel. 660 415 363.
  4. The Data Controller is authorized to disclose personal data only to entities authorized under the relevant provisions of law, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
  5. The User has the right to access and modify their personal data at any time, as well as to request their immediate deletion by contacting the Data Controller, who will modify or delete the data upon the User's request.
  6. Only personal data voluntarily provided by the Customer are collected. The data is processed for the purposes necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Terms and Conditions, in particular for:
  7. concluding a sales agreement for the ordered goods,
  8. delivering the goods ordered by the Customer,
  9. issuing a document confirming the completion of the sales transaction,
  10. booking the transaction in the Store's computerized accounting system for the period required by law, as well as storing personal data in the accounting system to ensure the history of commercial transactions carried out by the Store,
  11. storing the Customer's personal data in the customer database.
  12. With the additional consent given by the Customer, the collected personal data may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including presenting the Customer with commercial offers from the store and other marketing information related to the Store.
  13. In the case of newsletter subscription and giving consent to receive it during the registration or order placement process (expressing consent to receive commercial information electronically), it is only necessary to provide an email address for this purpose, to which commercial information from the Data Controller will be sent. The Customer can unsubscribe from receiving such information at any time by logging into their account in the Store or by clicking on the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each newsletter.
  14. The data provided during the order placement process is also processed by the following entities to the extent specified: the name and surname, address, telephone number, and email address indicated as the delivery address are transmitted to transport companies in the form of a shipping label/waybill serving as an order for delivery. Depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transmitted:
    1. Kurier DPD (DPD courier),
    2. Poczta Polska (Polish Post),
    3. InPost Paczkomaty (InPost Parcel Lockers).
  15. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and demand its removal at any time.
  16. The Data Controller informs that providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the proper performance of services provided electronically by the Store.
  17. The collected data is properly protected in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and stored in a manner that prevents unauthorized access to them.
